These faiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiled! I was optimistic thinking that just using almond flour would support these puppies but they needed whole wheat pastry flour baad. They’re really yummy cold, but just not that muffiny :/

Amanda’s amazing! She makes raw food that is off da chaaaaaaaaaain. She brought over some raw vegan taco meat, raw nacho sauce and made a lil huge salad. Rocked. My. World.

Ummmmm this was the first weekend I’ve spent in San Antonio this semester and it wasn’t too bad. Baked, saw cool houses(!), danced, ate yummy things after cooking them, did my homework. I was alone for most of the weekend but I’ve come to realize that I realllllly like being alone. Yikes. I’ll probably be single forever!
Weeeeeeeeell back to homework. Wahh. Just wanted to make your mouth water.

Looks awesome. I think I met Amanda when I went to that restaurant… I forget what it’s called.
I’m coming to Austin from Tuesday (6th) to the 14th, but mom says you’ll be out of town on the weekend. Too bad! I was looking forward to cooking with you!
